Parish Halls Committee
The Parish Halls Committee is made up of 5 Councillors, the membership is currently:
Councillors C Jackets (Chairman), P Milne, D Miles, P Young, S Gander and D White. Clerk - Claire Kirby
The Committee is responsible for supervising, and together with Council officers administering the Village Hall and the Community Hub, along with the adjoining gardens and car parks. The Committee reviews and proposes to Council the hire charges annually.
The Committee meet twice a year in April and October to review the charges and budget, the meetings are at 7.00 pm in the Community Hub. Agendas for the meetings are issued at least 3 clear working days before the meeting, they can be found on this page and on the Council noticeboards. Minutes will be added to the website as soon as they are available, they are however draft minutes until they are agreed at the next meeting.
The Village Hall is currently leased to Hellingly Pre-school, therfore, not available for people to hire. However, the Community Hub is available to hire and has 3 different size rooms available for hire. Please click here for details.
